About Me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York and Massachusetts where I provide individual psychotherapy to adults.

I graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2007 and then earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2013. I completed a predoctoral internship at NYU Langone Health in New York City and a postdoctoral residency in 2014 at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System.

My experience also includes six-years as a Staff Psychologist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs providing evidenced-based treatment and psychological assessment services to active duty soldiers and Veterans.

I draw from a wide range of theories and methods to tailor treatment to the goals and needs of each individual client. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to uncover unfinished business related to their childhoods, and get them out of self fulfilling patterns in relationships that keep them feeling stuck.

I enjoy working with adults and young adults, college and graduate students, young professionals, and new and expectant mothers around mood, anxiety, and relationship issues that can arise during transitional periods.
