Welcome! I am a clinical psychologist in private practice in New York and Massachusetts. I have over 14 years of experience treating varied mental health concerns with specialties in the areas of perinatal mental health and PTSD/trauma. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist as well as a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C). If you are struggling in any of these areas, I can help.

While I am formally trained in psychodynamic relational theory, I use a broad range of methods to tailor therapy to the goals and needs of each individual. I will work collaboratively with you to meet your treatment goals.

• I have a strong background in evaluation and diagnosis of various psychiatric conditions such as PTSD and in neuropsychological assessment of traumatic brain injury.

 

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my two young sons, our dog, Tucker, being with family and friends, and pursuing hobbies such as running, cooking, and reading.

 

One of my strengths as a therapist is my desire and ability to form a personal connection with each client. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in determining the outcome of therapy.
